What do we offer?

Brewhouse

A simple and user-friendly brewhouse with 2 brew kettles (boil kettle with whirlpool and lauter tun), which can be equipped with a stand-alone whirlpool or a mash tun and a boil kettel to make the brewing process even more efficient. It has a control panel with temperature indicators, pump speed control and motor of mashing rake. Brewhouses with a capacity of up to 20 hl are supplied with electric heating which is standard. On request, an electric or gas steam generator can be used instead of electric heating.
-2 brew kettle system - stainless steel, 3 hl (boil kettle / whirlpool, lauter tun, electric control including frequency inverters, control for the electrical heating section, 21.6kW = 6 transmission plates x 3 heating plates x 1.2kW)
- 2 brew kettle system - stainless steel, 5 hl (boil kettel / whirlpool, lauter tun, electric control including frequency inverters, control of the electrical heating section, 21.6kW = 6 transmission plates x 3 heating plates x 1.2kW)
- Two-stage cooking system - stainless steel, 10 hl(boil kettel / whirlpool, lauter tun, electric control including frequency inverters, control for the electrical heating section, 43.2 kW = 6 transmission plates x 6 heating plates x 1.2kW)
- Two-stage boiler system - stainless steel, 20 hl(boil kettel / whirlpool, lauter tun, electric control including frequency inverters, control for the electrical heating section, electric steam generator GMAX 180)

Open fermentation tank

An open fermentation tank for bottom fermented beer which is duplex cooled and controlled by a thermostat. We produce many various sizes of open fermentation tanks. We calculate the actual volume according to the capacity of the brewhouse and planned production. An open fermentation tank can also be made with an insulated container made of stainless steel sheet or as a built-in version.

Tanks

- Lager tanks space-cooled for bottom fermented beers. We produce all sizes of lager tanks. The volume is calculated according to the capacity of the brewhouse and planned production (according to the customer's requirements).
-Duplex cooled tanks, cylindrically-conical fermentation tanks for bottom and top fermented beers. We produce many various sizes of tanks and cylindrically-conical fermentation tanks. The volume is calculated according to the capacity of the brewhouse and planned production (according to the customer's requirements).
- Bright beer tanks for the stabilization of beer before the drink is put into kegs.

Washer

- Washer for a one KEG barrel. It is a simple, affordable washer that uses a hot solution and rinsing water. Upon request, the washer can be equipped with an additional water pump connected to an unpressurized tank (for example, excess water from the wort cooling) or with a small tank for the collection of the final rinse water. With the collection tank, the re-used water used for the pre-wash in the next cycle which leads to half of the consumed water being saved.
-Washer for two KEG barrels is comprised of a water collection tank for the final wash. The water then is re-used for the first pre-wash of the barrel, before the barrel is flushed with a hot solution. This saves 50% of the water consumed. Barrel mounts are adjustable for all types of KEG barrels. The dispense heads are attached to hoses that can quickly be replaced using clamps with another type. Thus barrels can have a different type of dispense head.

Bottle, PET and KEG barrel fillers

- Simple manual filler which uses carbon dioxide (CO2) to pre-pressurize a glass or PET bottle. Height adjustable bottle holder.
-KEG barrel fillers for the manual filling of KEG barrels directly from the tank.

Cappers

- manual capper
- pneumatic capper
- pneumatic screw capper for PET bottles

Water management

- Cold water boiler. Non-pressurized tank cooled using refrigerant distribution. Ice water is used to cool the wort.
- Boiler for hot water. A non-pressure tank for collecting heated water from the wort cooling process and subsequent use in boiling. This process saves the energy needed to heat the water in the boiler.
- Pressure station serves to automatically mix hot water from a non-pressure boiler with the hot water from an existing water supply.
- Manual mixing is used to switch the hot water source.

Pressure air management

- Compressor - according to the customer’s requirements (performance, execution).
- Air filtration. Four-stage air filtration to capture microparticles from the inlet compressor.
-Condensing dryer - ensures effective water vapor separation as well as reliable separation of condensate from compressed air.
- Distribution of compressed air. Distribution through Python tubes.
- Pressurization of KEG barrels.
